This year, the WVU School of Art and Design is trying something new. In an effort to get first year students more experience in processes they may have not encountered in their high school art programs, like printmaking, faculty across the School are conducting short workshops in their studios.



BFA printmaker Lauren White walked students through printing a three color screen print. Mothman image was also created by Lauren.

Second year MFA printmaker Jamie Mulac helped students relief print their own reusable tote bags…






I ran a monotype workshop using our pre-cut acrylic flower shapes…
It was so great to see the printshop humming with activity again. Great work everyone!!!
