I was recently asked to be a part of the latest issue of the “POWER WASHER” zine. These zines are compiled and edited by Todd Irwin and Josh Dannin, and printed by Josh Dannin at Directangle Press.
I am a huge fan of these zines. I think they strike just the right tone of irreverent absurdity and serious artistic discussion. Previous issues have interviewed some of my favorite printmakers, and I always make it a point to visit Josh’s vendor table at the SGCI Conference. Needless to say, I was very excited and a bit nervous to be a contributor to the zine.
This issue had some serious artists in it…like Amanda Lee (above) and Aaron Coleman (below)…as well as Steve Walters, Nadine Nakanishi, Drink N’ Print, and Ray Cross…
