“NICHE” print portfolio…

Below is a new print I made for the “NICHE” print portfolio organized by Erin Almazan and Danielle Rante.

It will be shown at the 2014 MAPC Conference in Detroit. The basis of the portfolio was to react to an image given to us by the organizers (the spraypaint). I tried to create a formal and conceptual relationship between the spraypaint image and the comic image. This was a lot of fun to work on, and could possibly change some of my ideas going forward. Thank you Erin and Danielle.
