We had a fantastic two day visit from Leigh Garcia, our 2023 Lost Arrow Printmaking Lecture in Memory of Joe Hestick. Leigh worked with WVU printmakers to print a series of intaglio prints on Kitakata paper to then be dyed and constructed into their final form back at their studio. Leigh also gave a fantastic lecture and enjoyed a short reception in the printshop after. As always, a big thank you to Beth Hestick for funding this lecture series.
Beth’s support has brought some fantastic printmakers to the WVU shop, and we are lucky to have her support.
