Annual WVU Exhibition at AIR…

Saturday April 06th marked the closing reception for the annual WVU exhibition at Artists Image Resource in Pittsburgh. This year we decided to make the exhibition for the WVU Printmakers only. My printmaking students were responsible for all aspects of the exhibition, installation, promotion, and reception.

This has been such a wonderful event for our program and our students. Thank you so much to everyone at AIR for being so supportive of the special relationship we have forged with them. It was a really great show, and a great way to start a new tradition of having the printmakers take control of the show!

I’ve also been using this day to travel with students around Pittsburgh, and we did that again this year.

The students did such a great job of organizing this event…they were in charge of every aspect of the design, installation, and promotion of the exhibition. They all stepped up and did a fantastic job!
